DenSi’s policy is that Customer support is an ongoing relationship that provides training, system maintenance and regular client contact.

If you need support

At DenSi we understand the importance of providing excellent support for all our users. We deliver this by providing support through our policy of providing thorough training to our users and entering into systems maintenance with regular contact directly with DenSi or our Network of Certified Partners who have been trained in our products and solutions.

Training

This varies according to the level of involvement you require and the type of sales agreement we enter into. For custom designed and larger installations we provide comprehensive training.

For pre-configured systems, at our option, this may be charged according to time involved.

  • Maintenance
  • On site visits
  • Software upgrades and fixes included
  • On site call out, for hardware failures, Software failures due to user or outside influences beyond our control, or additional training fees will be charged.

Hardware maintenance and warranties as per standard Hardware manufacturers’ terms and conditions which do not cover any software application re-installs, viral or malware removal, data loss or recovery procedures, wilful or accidental damage, natural disasters’ fires collapse of buildings or structures housing the equipment.

12 months, payable annually in advance, thereafter optional or for the leasing option: the full term of the lease.
